During the check-out process you can choose free UK delivery

DELIVERY DIRECT FROM THE ARTIST

The artist who created the work will get in touch with you and arrange to ship it to you directly. They will be given your delivery instructions and will let you know when it can be expected to be delivered.

RETURNS

We’re sure you’ll love your new purchase. However, if for any reason you decide you want to return it, here is our returns policy.

We accept returns up to 14 days from the date you received the item (the “Art”) from us. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We don’t accept returns for Art that has been made to order or commissioned.

To be eligible for a return, your Art must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you’ll need to show us your receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

You may return the Art in person to the artist who created it, in order for them to inspect its condition and approve or reject it for a refund.

If you return your item by post, we’ll send you an email to notify you once we’ve received and inspected it. We’ll also notify you whether we approve or reject your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will then be processed: if you paid by card, a credit will automatically be applied to that card/bank account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card provider’s terms. If you paid in cash, we’ll email you to arrange reimbursement, and you’ll need to collect your cash from the gallery.

We reserve the right to reject your refund, for example if the Art arrives damaged or if we suspect our refunds policy is being abused.

RETURNS SHIPPING

Return your Art to the member artist who created it., 

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Art, and for getting it to us in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (we don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned Art).
