This original low-level relief comprises of a freemotion machine embroidered barn owl, bluebells and leaves, on a handpainted watercolour background with a tree constructed of paper. The machine embroidery and tree have been raised above the surface of the painting to give the work depth and to draw the eye into the scene  It's a celebration of spring.
Presented in a deep, black frame.
