Inspired by foxes that played in our fig tree a couple of years ago. This is a unique hand painted paper construction with Freehand Machine Embroidered Fox. Presented in a black, bespoke frame of museum quality. Face to face encounters with our shy wildlife are rare and fleeting, almost surreal. They always leave me with a sense of wonder. Foxes are intelligent and adaptable, very like humans. They appear almost universally in mythology and folklore, where smaller and weaker than its foe, the fox wins by using its intellect.
